The house is situated on a hill, overlooking a beautiful natural valley. Sunsets are unreal. The front door is the original stained glass and you’re greeted by a big, bright living room. They say the house is influenced by Escondido’s Latino history and culture, mixed with other cultures influenced by their travels.
La Casita Bonita partners with other small and local businesses to gift guests a treat upon arrival. A basket with goodies from Cannabombz, Happy Honey, and others provides a warm welcome to the home. They also offer one-on-one plant-medicine reiki and massage. Each room contains cannabis floral arrangements, for an extra touch.
The entire property is 4/20 friendly. From the hammock out front to the chicken coop in the back, you can spark up anywhere. In addition to plants, this San Diego bud and breakfast is pet friendly. They’ve got three dogs, so yours is welcome too.
It’s important to note, there is NO WiFi. The nearest Starbucks removed customer electrical outlets due to homeless issues (we won’t go there) so don’t even bother. You’ll want to get here, unplug, unwind and light up. Besides, it’s good for your mental health to get off the grid.
